Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy has been used to successfully treat the following:
- Plantar Fasciitis - also known as heel spur syndrome. Pain at the bottom of the heel.
- Achilles Tendonitis - activity related pain along the course of the Achilles tendon or at the back of the heel.
- Tennis Elbow - also known as lateral epicondylitis. Pain at the elbow with certain arm movements.
- Rotator Cuff Tendonitis - shoulder pain that is worse with lifting and certain arm positions.
- Patellar Tendonitis - also known as jumper's knee. Activity related pain just below the knee cap.
